Celor Labs

We build practical tools and take hardware apart to understand it.

A small lab for software pilots, useful everyday apps and reverse engineering of embedded devices. We ship early, keep data local and write down what we learn.

Projects

Things we build and run ourselves.

Dietario dish catalog with dish cards showing portions, calories and macro bars
Beta

Dietario

A family meal planner. Keeps a shared recipe catalog, builds weekly menus and suggests portions for each person based on their calorie needs.

Image Pilot dashboard listing tracked images, recent pipeline runs and their status
Live

Image Pilot

Watches upstream container images, runs each new release through scan, patch and publish steps, and pushes the result to your registries.

Your next experiment

Something new is in the works. Details once it has a first pilot.

Reverse engineering

We study the devices we own to understand how they work and to make them work better.

Research

Thermal camera firmware

Reverse engineering and verification tooling for a low-cost thermal camera. We map the firmware, rebuild its components one at a time with tests against captured fixtures, and work on a clearer thermal palette and legend.

Every change is tested before it touches a real device, and we document the process as we go. We do not publish vendor firmware or device secrets.

How we work

Useful over flashy

Every project solves a concrete problem for someone we know.

Privacy by default

Your data stays yours. We run what we can ourselves and collect as little as possible.

Ship, then refine

Pilots first, then polish what people actually use.
